“We” or “us” means PMF Profit And Health Consortium Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully as they apply to your use of this Internet site (Site). By using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. g) collect or store personally identifiable information about other Users.You acknowledge that this Site does not have any obligation to pre-screen Contents, but this Site has the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or remove any Contents that is available via the Services. a) If any part of this agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part shall be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. This agreement will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
